The TBC presentation at the forum was presented by the CEO of the Office of Projects Management Support, Eng. Mohamed Bin Amer Al Ahmadi, who discussed the modeling, methodology, procedures in the company, digital transformation, and the value added of employers, and provided an example of a company project.
Al Ahmadi stopped his presentation to the operations and processes sector in TBC, his tasks of designing projects, ensuring the quality and efficiency of its execution, and approving the latest advanced applications and technology devices.
