The Educational Investment Services Center of TBC, the wholly-owned government company by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), and the executing arm of the Ministry of Education projects, signed 6 new contracts with the private sector in April.
The most important contract of April is the one signed by the National Building and Marketing Company to invest in an incomplete educational facility for 35 years, owned by the Ministry of Education and managed by TBC. The building is located in Riyadh, Granada District, with a total area of 9,991 square meters.
The Center signed an investment contract with Al Khalil Bin Ahmed Private Schools to rent an educational building in Taif., with an area of 7,000 square meters and a capacity of 1,500 male and female students.
In addition, a contract was signed with Zohor Al Tofoula Education Company to rent an educational land in Al-Arid district in Riyadh, with an area of (10,988) square meters. The capacity of its educational facilities is 2,400 male and female students.
The Center also signed an investment contract with Kids Planet Company to rent an incomplete educational building in the Nozha district, in Riyadh, and two investment contracts with Al-Andalus Private Schools to rent two educational buildings in Riyadh. In addition, the center signed an investment contract with Talaee Al-Noor International Schools to rent an educational building in Riyadh with an area of (2,653) square meters and a capacity of 600 male and female students.
In Jeddah, the Center offered first-of-its-kind investment opportunities for an incomplete educational building in Al Shati district as well as buildings and lands owned by the Ministry of Education located in Riyadh, Jeddah, the Eastern region, and other regions across the Kingdom.
Of great note, TBC started its business in the first quarter of 2013; TBC is mandated and entrusted with implementing the projects of the Ministry of Education, hence TBC is mainly tasked with providing a safe, high-quality, and advanced educational environment.
