TBC aims to develop the performance of all employees, train them and acquire the necessary skills to do their work and provide opportunities for self-development and career progression in a variety of modern and learning methods, it resort to achieve this through the following

• Training programs, short seminars and workshops within the company.
• Training programs outside the company.
• Conferences and workshops outside company.
• Continues learning program.

Development

As part of TBC's commitment to social responsibility development and in compliance with its needs and requirements, students and graduates are assisted in gaining hands-on experience and preparation for the labor market through a collaborative training program and a graduate development program.

Cooperative Training Program

TBC provides training opportunities in all disciplines for a limited number of Saudi students excelling at universities in the Kingdom. This program is an important part of the company's talent management initiatives and a key element of its recruitment strategy. The program also aims to help participants gain practical experience and meet graduation requirements at their universities. Participants are evaluated at the end of the program to determine their overall grades of training hours required by universities.

Admission Criteria

Persons eligible to enroll in this program are students whose universities require an internship before graduation. Applications are considered based on the availability of the following vacancies and criteria:

• Applicants must be of Saudi nationality.
• Applicants must be nominated by their universities and have a minimum GPA of 2.5 out of 4 or 3.5 out of 5, and high-priority candidates are given priority.
• The duration of training required by the university must be at least 4 months, and the training should be for five days a week.
• Applicants must complete the entire training period.
• Applicants must have an excellent level of spoken and written English.
• Passing personal interviews.

The Required Documents

Candidates must submit the following documents:

• Copy of national ID card.
• Copy of the last official transcript.
• A letter from the university stating that the cooperative training program is a graduation requirement and explains the purpose and scope of the training.

Program Goals

The program is designed to meet the following objectives:

• Provide students with an opportunity to enrich their university experience by linking academic studies to actual practical situations. Students will also have the opportunity to assess their professional interests in their respective fields.
• Enabling colleges and universities to assess their students' academic preparation through the report of the student's collaborative training program and oral testimonies. Such assessments help colleges and universities ensure that academic training is effective in preparing students for their future careers.
• Provide students with the opportunity to acquire new skills, familiarize them with innovative thinking and enable them to practice problem-solving and decision-making skills.
